What is Hypnotherapy?
 

Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis in therapy session. It is a dream-like state of deep relaxation that allow to access the subconscious and bypass the critical mind. You do not need to do anything other than relax and allow the possibility of positive change in your life. Clinical hypnosis is an important therapeutic tool with increasing evidence of efficiency to create positive change and transformation for the individual.

Hypnotherapy is not recommended for people with severe mental health issues, such as having psychotic symptoms.

How many sessions do I need to feel better?

This depends on what comes up through the session and on the issue to work on.
I recommend a program of a few sessions using hypnotherapy, RTT and Compassion Key for a fast and lasting result. 

However RTT can have fast result with one session depending on the issue.

What is Compassion Key?

​

Compassion Key is a healing modality created by Edward Mannix that heals and free yourself from pain with compassion. It is the strongest force to create a life with improved health, joy, love and finance.

I am now certified as a Compassion Key practioner and I love the results i see with my clients when i combine this healing modality with hypnotherapy as it brings deep, fast and transformation.
